Enjoy the luxurious Four Seasons lifestyle year-round in a landmark project. It’s a little-known fact that the Four Seasons, the world’s most highly respected name in luxury  hotels, began in 1961 as a humble motor hotel in downtown Toronto.

The skyline of Toronto’s most fashionable district will soon have two new glass-sheathed towers that encompass a 253-room luxury  hotel and  204 elegant Private Residences. It will be the Four Seasons’ first Private Residences projectin Canada, representing a grand homecoming for the company, and offering purchasers access to Toronto’s finest cuisine and  culture. The West Residence, a sleek 55- story tower, promises to become an instant landmark.

A new Four SeasonsHotel will occupy the first 20 floors, while 103 Private Residences located above will offer stunning, panoramicviews of the city. The 25-story East Residence, with 101Private Residences, will be connected to its sister tower by an elevated pedestrian bridge, and  the twobuildings will share a public  courtyard.

Designing such an ambitious project required a dream team of Canadian architects and  designers. The Bay-Yorkville Group,  the project’s developer, enlisted architectsAlliance, one of Canada’s most innovative firms, to design the towers. Award-winning landscape architect Claude Cormier conceived the lush courtyard. Brian Gluckstein, known  for his creativityin residential design, devised the upscale interiors.

The Private Residences , ranging in size from 1,000 to 9,000 square feet, are priced from $1.9 million to more than$20 million. While the development will feature Toronto’s most expensive penthouse, all the suites exude a sense of refined design. Expansive 10 to 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and flooring made from hardwood, marble, granite or limestone create a rich, understated ambiance. The gourmet kitchens are adorned with custom Downsview cabinetry, stone counters, oversize islands for cooking, and premier appliances from Wolf, Mieleand  Sub-Zero. Kohler designer fixtures are standard throughout the kitchen and  bathrooms.

Beyond the intrinsic beauty of the suites, one of the greatest benefits of ownership is the Four Seasons’ unrivaled service. For Private Residence owners, that translates into a 24-hour doorman, valet, and  concierge, and  use of thehotel’s lavish 28,000-square-foot spa, fitness center and  pool as well as the bar and  gourmet eateries. Essentially, oneis living the lifestyle of a Four Seasons guest, year-round.

“Owning a Four  Seasons Private Residence is an investment in a completely worry-free lifestyle,” says Sharp. “Owners will appreciate having  access to the services andamenities of the hotel in the comforts of their own home.”

It will become the international flagship for the entire chain. We are also looking to set a new standard for luxury condominium living with this project and fully expect this to bethe best address in Toronto—and in Canada, for that matter.

Purchasers of the Private Residences in Toronto can expect to enjoy that same level of personalized, attentive  care everyday in their homes. They’ll have 24-hour concierge, valet, in-residence dining, housekeeping and incredible spa and fitness facilities, all at their doorstep.
